Too many leaders

-Skip Angel: Knowing when to stop being a manager:
I’ve noticed something in meetings where managers are present. Whether that be a status meeting, a training meeting, or attending a conference, managers really stand out (and not necessarily in a good way!). In all of those situations, managers typically take charge even when they are not the “leaders” of the meeting. Many times they can get the entire group off track on a tangent and cause the meeting to lose its purpose. They also end up taking over the session much to the frustration and disappointment to those around the manager.
