I am an independent consultant with background from a major consultancy and experience in delivering very large and complex IT-lead business change programmes.I am pretty strong on the subjects of innovation, enterprise and solution architecture and project management, which means I am equally comfortably making up new things, selling them and delivering them.I am certainly more of a generalist than specialist and I have been involved in a varied mix of business, technology and information-related projects ranging from setting up and leading an enterprise architecture teams, developing channel strategies, ERP implementation, development of bespoke applications, data quality, infrastructure consolidation or operational process improvement.I have the biggest experience from transport, manufacturing and central government industries.Having worked and lived in France and across Eastern Europe, I am now based in London.
